The purpose of the Oldham County Educational Foundation (OCEF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is to foster parent, community and business support for the students, teachers and parents of Oldham County Schools. The mission of OCEF is to enhance the educational experiences of the Oldham County Schools students.
