The Role: Residential Service Technician
You will:
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Install water heaters (tank & tankless preferred)
- Replace fixtures, valves, filtration systems, and piping
- Perform complete plumbing inspections
- Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience — every call
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years residential service experience (required)
- Kentucky Journeyman license preferred (or working toward it)
- Proven production capability
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Must reside within 45 minutes of LaGrange, KY
- Professional communication skills
