REGION’S LARGEST COLLEGE AND CAREER RECRUITING EVENTS RETURNING THIS SEPTEMBER The College & Career Expo will return to Louisville, Kentucky for its 25th year on Sunday, September 18th, 2016 at the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center in the North Wing, and the Expo will also be returning to Owensboro, Kentucky on Sunday, September 25th, 2016 at the Owensboro Convention Center. The Annual College & Career Expos in Louisville and Owensboro are already the largest recruiting expos in the region, featuring hundreds of exhibitors, multiple sponsors, and also various seminars. The mission of the events is to provide a platform for colleges and businesses to interact with individuals seeking college education or employment opportunities. More than $500,000 in scholarships are available from multiple colleges and universities, and a free iPad Mini will be given out every thirty minutes. Both events offer an unparalleled opportunity for businesses and organizations to reach various target audiences and there are multiple ways to get involved as either an exhibitor or sponsor. Generally, over 200 exhibitors are present, and the College & Career Expo in Louisville now attracts approximately 10,000 people each year and is comprised primarily of parents and students.
