Ted Smith is the former Chief of Civic Innovation and former Director of the Innovation Team for Louisville Metro Government. He was also the Executive Director of the Institute for Healthy Air, Water, and Soil.
He is a healthcare innovator and entrepreneur and co-founder of the largest real-time community asthma monitoring program. Ted Smith is a public policy and practice leader in smart city technologies as former federal and local innovation leader.
