Latitude HR Group gives growing businesses experienced HR help without the cost of a full-time HR department.

We work with owners and leaders of businesses with 10–250 employees. That includes companies where the office manager or payroll person ended up “doing HR” because someone had to. We get the boring-but-important stuff right first: compliance, handbooks, policies and documentation. Then we help you handle the hard parts, like employee issues, discipline, terminations, hiring and growth.

Services include HR audits, employee handbooks and policies, outsourced day-to-day HR, fractional HR leadership, employee relations and investigations, recruiting and onboarding, and manager coaching.
