Directions to Beford, Ky: Directions from Cincinnati, OH: From Interstate 71 (Exit 34) take Hwy 421 N to Bedford, KY. Directions from Louisville: Take Interstate 71 and go left on (Exit 28) to Sligo (Hwy 153) Directions to Harmonizing Health Retreat out of Bedford, KY Take the left fork at the Marathon Station where Hwy 42 splits off on the north side of town. Continue on 421 N approximately three miles and turn left on Hwy 2870 (New Hope Rd ). Travel one mile and you will see the Harmonizing Health Retreat sign on the right. Come down the long, winding gravel driveway to the parking area. Description of land: The Harmonizing Health Retreat is located in the beautiful rolling hills of Kentucky. twenty six acres of forest, meadows and creeks provide a pristine setting for wellness retreats, small group bookings, weddings, family and school reunions, corporate seminars and private consultations. Enjoy our rental cottage as a honeymoon bungalow, writer’s retreat, haven for a crossroad in life or just to get away from the daily pressures of your life.
