The True Colors metaphor was created by Don Lowry to translate complicated personality and learning theory into practical information we can all understand and use. He has developed an easy and entertaining way to understand ourselves and others. While there are many different personality assessment tools, True Colors is one of the simplest to grasp and to implement and one of the most fun to learn.
