DESCRIPTION:Please join us at the Oldham County Schools Arts Center for the 2nd Annual "Taste of Oldham County" on Saturday\, November 3rd from 4-6 pm. Tickets are $15 for adults\, $10 for children (ages 6-18)\, and free for children 5 and under. Tickets may be purchased at the door or in advance by calling the Arts Center at 502-241-6018.\n\n''The Taste of Oldham County'' was created as a way to promote and raise funds for the Oldham County Schools Arts Center's Theatre Department. Last year's event was a huge success with over 20 vendors providing 1 or 2 signature dishes. All who attended enjoyed a sampling of some of the best food in Oldham County while being entertained by OCS Youth Theatre students.\n\nProceeds from this years event will go toward the Community Theatre Project\, under the direction of Kathie Davis\, theatre director for the Arts Center. The Community Theatre's first production will be ''Music Man'' with an open audition for ages 8 – 80. Auditions will be held in mid-April and anyone from the community is welcome to try out. Performances are planned for June 2013.
