This quarterly breakfast series offers Members a  chance to network and learn about regional topics.\n\n\n\nMay Featured Speaker: Asa James Swan\, Chief of Staff for the Kentucky Department of Transportation.\n\n\n\nDuring his presentation Swan will respond to this question:  "In an environment of rising costs and increasingly-stretched funding\, how will Kentuckians address the critical infrastructure needs facing our state?"
