She is a seven-time award winning children's book author and illustrator with a passion for storytelling and inspiring others. Ashley loves sharing her books with young readers and hopes to spread kindness\, confidence\, and creativity through every story she writes and illustrates. In the fall\, Ashley will be attending the University of Louisville\, where she plans to continue growing her love for writing\, volunteering\, and leadership.\n\n\n\nOutside of writing\, Ashley is a Varsity Cheerleader alum of duPont Manual\, a lifelong dancer\, and a proud pageant girl\, currently serving as Miss Bardstown's Teen in the Miss America system. She is also the Founder and CEO of Sargeant's Army\, a 501(c)3 nonprofit that spreads hope\, kindness\, and compassion around the world.\n\n\n\nAshley's heart for giving back shines in everything she does   including this book! 100% of the proceeds from this book will be donated to The Miss Kentucky Scholarship Competition Rising Star Program\, empowering the next generation of young girls to dream big\, serve others\, and shine bright.
